For years now doors to medical schools have been open to women, yet few have advanced to leadership positions.

By exposing women to opportunities in health and science and by supporting and mentoring women throughout their careers, we’re cultivating women leaders; achieving greater diversity at the leadership table; and correcting the historical imbalance.

We support programs that train and mentor those who are committed to advancing the health of women and girls, from high school students to health professional trainees, from staff to faculty, and from community advocates to national leaders
